Which AI training should I choose for my teams?+

It depends on your goal. For a first upskilling step across all employees, the "AI Awareness & Literacy" track (0.5-1 day) builds a common baseline. To decide where to invest, the "AI Strategy & Governance" track (1-2 days) is designed for leaders and executive teams. Operations teams that want immediate use should choose "Generative AI & Productivity" (1 day); those moving to deployment, "Automation & AI Agents" (2-3 days). We adapt the content to your sector and your tools.

How does AI training work in a company?+

All our training programs are delivered in-house, at your premises or remotely, in French or English. Each track combines theory, real cases, and hands-on exercises on your own tools and data. A preliminary scoping session adapts the content to your context, whatever your sector: services, retail, logistics, construction, healthcare, or industry.

How long does AI training last?+

Our tracks range from half a day to 3 days depending on the audience and the goal: 0.5-1 day for awareness and AI literacy, 1 day for generative AI and productivity, 1-2 days for strategy and governance, 2-3 days for automation and AI agents. The format is decided during scoping, based on your constraints.

How much does AI training cost?+

Does AI training lead to a certificate?+

At the end of each track, a skills certificate is issued, detailing the modules completed and the skills practiced. It documents your teams' upskilling, useful for your internal processes and regulatory obligations.

Does the AI Act require my company to train its teams in AI?+

Yes. Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires companies that deploy AI systems to develop the AI literacy of their teams. Our "AI Awareness & Literacy" track is designed to meet this obligation, whatever the size of your company.

Our teams have no time: are short formats available?+

Yes. The awareness track can be delivered in half a day, and each module can be organized in short 2-hour sessions over several weeks. We design the schedule with you to minimize disruption, on-site or remotely.

Does the training prepare for deploying AI agents?+

That is exactly our approach: training is not an end in itself, it prepares the deployment. The "Automation & AI Agents" track (2-3 days) trains your teams to identify processes to automate and to supervise agents in production, before the actual rollout.
